AEVUM collects only the information needed to operate the website, process orders, support accounts, and protect the business.

AEVUM may collect contact information, organization and procurement inquiry details, account details, order details, shipping information, payment status, support messages, device data, and website activity needed to run the store and improve reliability.
Information may be used to process orders, verify accounts, respond to organization and procurement inquiries, send transactional emails, prevent fraud, maintain records, measure acquisition sources, improve site performance, and comply with legal obligations.
Only after analytics consent, AEVUM records bounded source, medium, and campaign tags. Browsing events do not include full URLs, referring-site URLs, landing paths, customer contact information, or free text. A random session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Earlier browsing is not backfilled. Consented attribution may accompany an order; necessary order and payment records remain separate from optional browsing analytics.
AEVUM may share limited information with service providers such as payment processors, email providers, hosting platforms, analytics tools, shipping partners, and compliance or professional advisors.
Optional first-party analytics begins only after you allow it. AEVUM records catalog activity and campaign source, medium and campaign tags using sessions that expire after 30 minutes of inactivity. Raw analytics is retained for 30 days; optional purchase feedback is retained separately for 90 days. No Meta Pixel or third-party visitor analytics is used. You can decline or withdraw using Privacy choices without losing store, account, or checkout functionality. Necessary order records are retained separately for order processing.
AEVUM uses reasonable administrative, technical, and operational safeguards. Information is retained only as needed for business, legal, tax, security, and compliance purposes.
