Cold-chain handling
Where appropriate, AEVUM uses cold-chain-aware packaging and handling practices. Packaging method, carrier, and service level may vary by product, destination, order size, and seasonal conditions.
Tracking and delivery
Tracking details are sent when an order is released to the carrier. The purchaser is responsible for providing a secure delivery address and retrieving shipments promptly after delivery.
Shipping limits
AEVUM may restrict shipment to certain addresses, jurisdictions, forwarding services, PO boxes, or locations where delivery, storage, or product use may be inappropriate or prohibited.
